I believe this is construction beginning at Trent for the new ‘guerrilla student housing’ project.

Correct me if I’m wrong.

London Fog

londonfog

If there’s anything more delicious than a London Fog Tea, I don’t want to know what it is.

This was shot after a trip through the drumlin trails at Trent University. On the way home we stopped by Dancing Blueberries on George St.

Ingredients:
1 Earl Grey tea bag
1 dollup of vanilla
1 milk steamer
1 bit of milk

Aggressive Funghi

aggressiveFunghi

Found at the bottom of Cherryhill on the tree by the bus stop. It’s still there, check it out if you dare!

Be careful you don’t trip over its previous victims however.

Italy tilt-shift

Posted on July 5, 2009

I believe it was my sister who took this shot on a class trip to Europe. I also believe it must be Italy but correct me if I’m wrong!

Not a real tilt-shift but sure gives the same effect.

Tilt-shift fakery

Posted on July 1, 2009

faketiltshift

My attempt at faking a tilt-shift shot. A real tilt-shift lens actually does physically tilt allowing for strange planes of focus that can serve to make big things look like tiny toys.

Next time I’m out I want to take a purpose-built picture that would lend itself well to this effect.

Until then this is the best I have.
